Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quadient Inspire Architect with hands-on experience in migration projects to design, develop, and support customer communication management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement Quadient Inspire solutions
– Lead and support migration from legacy CCM platforms to Quadient Inspire
– Develop templates, workflows, and data integration components
– Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirements gathering
– Perform performance tuning, testing, and production support
– Ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability
Required Qualifications:
– 3–4 years of experience with Quadient Inspire
– Proven experience in CCM migration projects
– Strong knowledge of document composition and data integration
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with OpenText, Exstream, or other CCM tools
– Knowledge of XML, SQL, scripting
– Experience in financial or insurance domains
