ProSofos Inc. is searching for committed and deadline-driven Junior Associates to join our team of in-house staff. You will work directly on our prominent Canadian websites. Besides, you will be working on international projects and will get ample exposure of North American Markets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Shall be responsible to make sales/ marketing calls to Canadian experts. 
• Shall be responsible to receive calls and address the queries of our clients and assist them. 
• Shall be responsible to work 8 hrs per day also night shifts as and when required. 
• Shall be responsible to document the status and conversation with the Clients in our system. 
• Shall be responsible to maintain high quality of work, dealing with the International Clients. 

• Conducting Internet research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff. 
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops and events. 
• Updating documents and records. 
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions. 
• Assisting managers with negotiations. 

• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders. 

Required Candidate profile 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Inbound and outbound call center experience 
• Should be able to work night shifts or according to the Canadian time zone 

• Proficiency in English language is a must 
• Experience in Marketing/sales field. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
